Product rationalisation potential – TRUCK-GUARD® ELITE LS 5W-30 meets both High SAPS and Low/Mid SAPS specifications through unique Salicylate / Sulphonate detergent chemistry. As a result, TRUCK-GUARD® ELITE LS 5W-30 products offer broader vehicle coverage than any Low SAPS heavy-duty diesel engine oil ever produced.
Reduced fleet operator costs – During field trials TRUCK-GUARD® ELITE LS 5W-30 obtained as much as 5.5% higher fuel economy than a typical ACEA E9 / API CJ-4 15W-40.
Less downtime – TRUCK-GUARD® ELITE LS 5W-30 allows significantly extended drain intervals over conventional Low SAPS lubricants in accordance with OEM recommendations.
TRUCK-GUARD® ELITE LS SERIES products are suitable for EURO 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 compliant truck, bus and industrial engines. They are also suitable for Tier 4 / Stage 4 off-highway rated applications, including those fitted with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction), EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) emission control systems.
