SGS CO2/Argon Mix Welding Gas (For MIG and TIG Welding)

Ideal for MIG welding mild steel up to approximately 6mm thickness, our top-selling product is a widely utilised welding gas in the industry. Available in 10L, 20L, 30L, and, from select distributors, a full-size 50L cylinder, this mixture offers superior welding performance compared to its more affordable CO2 counterpart. For heavy-duty welding projects ranging from 6mm and above, a 15% blend is also offered.
All our cylinders are filled to 200BAR and feature a full-size 5/8” BSP Outlet, ensuring compatibility with most existing UK regulators!

Designed for TIG welding mild steel ranging from 6mm to 12mm thickness, this gas is available in 10L, 20L, 30L, and, from select distributors, a full-size 50L cylinder. The blend offers a significantly superior weld compared to its more economical counterpart, CO2. For lighter welding applications below 6mm thickness, a 5% blend is also available.
All our cylinders are filled to 200BAR and feature a full-size 5/8” BSP Outlet, ensuring compatibility with the majority of existing UK regulators!

SGS Pro Fuel Gas, offered in 10L and 20L cylinders, is an LPG variant comparable to Propane or Butane. It boasts a higher burning temperature, enhanced safety during transportation, versatile storage options (horizontal or vertical), and eliminates the need for a “rest” period post-transportation—simply stand the cylinder upright, and it’s ready for use!
Our specially designed nozzles for Pro Fuel not only enable achieving similar peak temperatures but also substantially reduce the risk of flashback.
